Investing in massage is an investment in one's health. You & your guest/fellow employees deserve to take some time for yourselves to help relieve, re-energize, & renew your bodies and minds. Each of Pure Joy, LLC’s massage sessions is customized to help every individual client feel their best. Additionally, all of our massage services include the use of therapeutic bodywork, which can help to increase range of motion, work out restrictions in muscular tension, and increase circulation. This form of bodywork may include a variety of modalities, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF, a set of stretching techniques). Treat yourself & others to customized therapeutic bodywork to improve mobility, mood, and the chances of preventing future injuries.
